Tall Floor Lamp with Floral Pattern and Interchangeable Shades

This is a relaltively tall (1100 mm) floor lamp with floral pattern. The lamp uses LED power supply and 10 LED strips. Power supply used: MeanWell HBG-160-24B. This is dimmable PSU. There should be non dimmable PSUs with similar dimensions. PSU sits inside of pwr-enclosure-main.stl and gets cooled with zigzag cutout openings. and then the air flow is ejected through the middle of the lamp core. LEDs were mounted on 10mm wide aluminum extrusions designed for mounting LEDs in them. These aluminum extrusions were directly glued onto core support structure. You can see in top view picture how extrusions looks like and how they are glued. These extrusions add quite a bit of strength to the lamp. Aluminum radiators get moderately hot when operating the lamp. Mine went upto 50C after 8 hours of use in 25C room. LEDs are cooled by the airflow coming in through dimples in power enclosure lid at the base of the shade. To print all parts you will need semi-transparetn white plastic, transparent/glowing plastic (most likely 1 kg each). Printer should be capable of printing 250 mm tall objects. art-body-x.stl files represent the shades. Printing floral shades was the most challenging for me. Shades are alternating between 1.2 and .4 mm thick. It can be tricky to find proper settings to slice thin objects well. Make sure you observe no skips/holes on print head movements simulation before actual printing. support-x.stl files are the core structure of the lamp. They will support LED aluminum extrusions and also the floral shade. I printed these with transparent PETG. pwr-enclosure-main.stl is the base of the lamp where the power supply is housed. Make sure the thread prints nicely / or clen the thread after printing. You will be bolting in the enclosure lid. pwr-enclosure-lid.stl is the part that needs to be glued into support structure. This part is joined with power enclosure as a bolt and nut. Make sure the thread is well printed. Try to bolt in the lid into the power ecnlusre before gluing it to the lamp. I had to use dremel a bit to make sure lid bolts in all the way. pwr-enclosure-lid-lamp-core-support.stl is an optional part to improve the strength of the connection from the lid to the core of the lamp.
