Tall Faceted Vases

A few months back, I constructed an Anycubic Kossel printer and swapped out 36" long 2020 extrusions for the standard 26-3/4" vertical beams. The outcome is that my Kossel can now print objects up to a whopping 534 mm tall. Motivated by this newfound capability, I created these two faceted vases. The vase I printed with blue transparent filament measures 170 mm in diameter and 530 mm tall. Meanwhile, the vase printed in reddish transparent filament is slightly smaller at 160 mm dia. x 530 mm tall. If your printer can't handle these dimensions, no worries - simply scale down the print using your slicer. In fact, you could experiment with some fascinating shapes by adjusting the scale factors for the z, x, and y axes.
