This cover increases the vertical clearance by 5mm, making it compatible with larger batteries like a Turnigy 3S 45C 1300mAh pack. I specifically looked for something that could accommodate this particular battery, and while this does provide extra clearance, slightly more than necessary in my case. It's still functioning well, however.
