In the game Talisman, the ultimate goal is to be the first player to seize control of the Crown of Command. But standing between you and victory is the treacherous Valley of Fire - a formidable obstacle that demands a powerful solution. -=Design=- The design of this Talisman was one of my earliest projects in Blender, meticulously crafted from the revised 4th edition art. To make it wearable, I carefully cut a hole through the top, allowing you to thread a cord through and transform it into a stunning necklace. -=Finishing=- I brought my design to life by printing it in ABS plastic and then smoothing out the surface with hot acetone. Next, I primed the model black and painted it gold with acrylic paint, adding a rich layer of depth and luminosity. A thick wash of brown paint filled in the recesses, while a light dry brushing of gold paint added a subtle sheen to the top. Finally, I threaded a sturdy leather cord through the hole at the top, completing this majestic Talisman.
