Tali'zorah vas Normandy's helmet from Mass Effect 3

Hey there! I'm a cosplayer from Montreal who's absolutely passionate about Mass Effect. My friend designed the helmet model, which was then printed in PLA on an AON printer (https://www.facebook.com/aon3d/). Unfortunately, it was printed over a year ago, so I'll have to dig up the settings later. Once the print was finished, hours of work went into smoothing out the entire thing using automotive body filler and primer. Wet sanding really made this piece shine! After that, a coat of grey paint was applied before airbrushing took place. Final touch-ups and weathering were completed with acrylics. The visor is actually a heat-formed polycarbonate sheet with a gorgeous purple tint.
