Taking and spacer for Cherry MX switch

This is an taking / spacer combo for Cherry MX switches for the quick shifter from bbeavis - thanks again to him for changing the license so I am allowed to publish the changed component. I changed the spacer in order to take a Cherry MX switch instead of a micro switch originally used and inserted M3 threads so there is no need for M3x70 screws. The hole for the wiring could be placed to the outer side ... so it would match the holes on the quick shifter base. Maybe on a next version.
