Having only one of the four possible adapters available can be limiting, so I merged another object with the existing one and came up with the remaining three. To make things easier, I've included the original adapter in this download, so you'll get all four with a single click. \nI'd like to extend my gratitude to AtomKemp for creating his original model - that was no easy feat!
