This is a taiyo typhoon hovercraft rotor I came up with, thanks to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2315917. The fan rotor on my hovercraft was cracked, but this stl fits perfectly and works great. I edited the middle part with Tinkercad to get the keystone to fit the right height of the motor. Simplify3D settings for printing fins include "thin wall behavior," External Thin Wall Type set to "allow single extrusion walls," and Single Extrusion Minimum Printing width at 100%.
