Taiwanese Pickled Plum

Hi this is Jacqueline Chou from Taipei Taiwan. For this project, I selected a jar of pickled plums that I created according to a secret recipe passed down through generations in my family. To provide greater insight, I also crafted a model of a single plum from the jar. Traditionally, plums are often used as a nutritional supplement in Taiwanese households. In this interview, we'll delve into how Taiwanese families cultivate the plums and prepare their unique recipes. Also, we'll explore the rich history of my family's heritage. This interview is conducted in Mandarin and Taiwanese. I'll create the transcript later.
