This was a rapid repair job for a Peg Perego John Deere Gator ride on toy... my son accidentally knocked his tailgate into an embankment, causing it to break off the pivot pin. To fix this, you'll need to find a suitable M3 screw, a washer, and a locknut (or two stacked nuts) for the back side. You'll also have to drill out the center of the old pivot pin area with a 7/64" drill bit.
