Easily print this hobbing bolt tool, compatible with Taig stock holders and 608 bearings; used for Mendel 90 and Orca hobs. Despite an off-centre tap cutout, it functions well. Secure the plastic mount to minimize vibrations during cutting. The cutting axis is centred on the holder's edge, requiring only two set screws for anti-twisting. For a support-free print, orient it correctly; printed in PLA at 0.2mm layer with 2 shells and 20% infill, proving strong enough. An M8 tap creates clean teeth; stop advancing when the valley contacts the shaft. Use washers or a milling attachment for height adjustment and smooth feeding. Assist spinning the bolt initially, then increase feed rate for cleaner cuts with linear tooth spacing.
