Its great for aligning the Z.Putting the indicator in the T-slot instead of the spindle allows you to get it higher up, and keep it more rigid, both of which can help with aligning the Z.This works with the swivel attachment of the indicator, which is 3/16" diameter. The diameter of the mount opening is 3/16", and when fully tightened, there is .015" of interference with the swivel mount. Use with 10-32x.375 screws and square nuts.Fusion 360 and STEP files attached.
