I crafted an extension system to accommodate bigger tablets on my Tacx Tablet Handlebar Mount. The design can easily be flipped for mounting on the left side. Engineered specifically for a M4 bolt, though it's possible the original model used a M5 bolt - unfortunately, I misplaced those and had M4 bolts readily available instead.
