This is a cooling fan mount for the Tacx Flow Smart trainer. Install a 120mm computer fan, bolt it on securely, and provide power through a reliable 12v source. Airflow should be directed into the unit, not away from it. This ensures optimal performance and prevents overheating issues. The fan should be a standard 120mm fan with holes in a 105mm square pattern, which is typical of computer fans of this size. This design allows for maximum airflow and efficiency. To install the mount, simply slide it over the Tacx Flow Smart trainer and secure it in place with a cable tie if desired. I have designed the mount to include a raised rim that keeps the cable tie organized and out of the way. Power up the fan, and you're good to go! No more overheating or cutting short your rides on Zwift - enjoy the full Epic King of the Mountain course without interruption. Print this mount in your preferred material, such as PLA. I printed mine at 0.35mm layer height to speed up the process, which took approximately five hours to complete.
