This is an adapter for the Tacx Flow smart trainer, that replaces the small fan inside the unit with an external 60mm fan.The issue is that the fan inside the Tacx Flow smart trainer is mechanically linked to the roller. This means that when the cyclist pedals at low speed and high-power (e.g. during a high incline climb), the fan will spin at a relatively slow speed and the cooling efficiency is low.I designed this adapter for a regular 60mm fan because my Tacx flow unit sometimes started overheating during my trainings. With this fan adapter and a decent 60mm fan, the unit stays much cooler.
