I acquired some tactile switches measuring 6×6×9mm and had to determine the ideal hole diameter for a comfortable fit of the caps. The diameters of the holes range from 6.2 mm to 7.3 mm, with increments of 0.1 mm. For these switch caps, I recommend a hole size of 6.3 mm.
