I downloaded the Tactical X-Carriage from Thingiverse and noticed a discrepancy between its description and actual design. The description claimed compatibility with the Stock Tevo Hot End, yet it lacked a proper connector for this specific model. To address this issue, I fused part of the acrylic template to the E3D connector end, creating a makeshift adapter that allows me to attach the stock hot end using two screws. Although I haven't had a chance to test my modifications yet, I'm currently printing with a broken acrylic piece held together by super glue. Additionally, I need to source all the necessary wire components for the tactical carriage before making the switch. Once these parts are in hand, I'll be able to upgrade my printer and enjoy the benefits of this new system.
