Tactical Walking Stick Mounts
thingiverse
This is great for hiking as you can trick out your walking stick with tactical gear. Using parachord, you can attach any regular pocket knife with a pocket clip to the end of the walking stick to create a spear for self-defense against mountain lions, bears, and rabid squirrels. The box can be mounted and is watertight to store matches, fishing line, hooks, fire strikers, gummy bears, trail mix, and other essentials. Add as many containers as you like to your walking stick, fill them with goodies, and get ready for adventure! The box is a bit bulky due to my lack of experience in designing boxes with lids or determining the optimal wall thickness. I'm embarrassed by its bulkiness, but feel free to modify it to make it more streamlined. If you want to create a better box, go ahead and upload your design within the month. For maximum strength, the knife mount should be 100% infill, while adding extra paracord around it will provide added security. The box should have about 15% infill with 2-3 walls, depending on your printer's capabilities, to ensure water tightness and light weight. You can also attach the knife mount to a leather belt segment to create a non-functional wristblade for amusement purposes only. Please do not attempt to use it for piercing objects or boxes, as this could result in serious personal injury.
