Tactical Nitecore EC25 Cobra Holster

I am a conductor at Keolis Commuter Rail. I use my flashlight every work night to signal, acknowledge signals, conduct brake tests and other tasks. My flashlight is a company requirement. It's an essential tool for my trade. My nylon holster for my flashlight was wearing out after a year of hard use, with tears at the seams and holes in the corners. To protect my investment, I've designed this tactical holster. Design elements: Positive spring-loaded lock and release buttons are included. A heavy-duty belt clip is part of the design. ABS plastic construction ensures durability. A spring action when released makes it easy to retrieve my flashlight. Silent extraction of the flashlight beats Velcro hands down. This holster can be customized and personalized to meet my needs. Note: The release button will be printed on its side with a stronger tab for support. I've posted videos showing off this design at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLt1S0SRrDI. Post-printing steps are necessary for a perfect fit. The images show the dimensions of the hardware: Belt clip spring width Belt clip spring diameter Release button spring diameter - I found these measurements in my daughter's hair clips. Release button pin - This pin came from a paper clip. Release button pin - This pin also came from a paper clip. Bottom of the barrel spring, eject spring - I salvaged this part from an old D cell LED lantern. The black plastic on top is printed to prevent marring on my flashlight. Belt clip pin Belt clip pin The spring and pin from these clips were used for the belt clip. You can find similar clips at Harbor Freight.
