UPDATED 6-16-17: I added a square cutout in the bottom, carefully designed to accommodate a 3mm nut with minimal clearance. This should allow for easy attachment of a bolt, providing a solid foundation for this innovative project. This prototype is still unfinished, but I wanted to share my progress so far. I stumbled upon an intriguing design on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tacsoup/photos/a.1404615089785830.1073741828.1404603343120338/1923138477933486/?type=3&theater. Inspired by this concept, I set out to create my own version. While I haven't yet perfected the mechanism for assembling and disassembling it, the core idea is well underway. The design is optimized to fit seamlessly onto a Picatinny rail, with a protruding nub that perfectly complements the center bearing of popular fidget spinners featuring an 8mm bore. This means you can integrate this device into virtually any spinner you have on hand.
