tactical desinfectant mounting system
thingiverse
A tactical desinfectant holder that is designed to fit onto a backpack strap but is also compatible with MOLLE loops. During covid i made the experience that desinfectant dispensers are often empty or have desinfectant that isn't great for my skin / smells bad / is somewhat slimy / etc. I set up some design goals for my ideal hand sanitizer setup, which ended up being: - direct accessibility (so not just throwing it into a bag that i would have to unzip) - easy removability (because sometimes you want to hand it to your friends) - a locking mechanism (i learned that the hard way after the innitial test) I ended up with a clip system that mounts to my backpack strap, locks in place automatically and unlocks with the press of a button. In addition to the printed parts you will need: - 10x m3*10 flathead machine screws - 10x m3 nuts - 1x 100ml spray bottle - 2x zip tie - 1x spring (a pen spring should work) - (optional) a piece of double sided tape to help keep the bottle in place You will need to print the "clip_lug" part twice. The parts are allready oriented for printing, YOU WILL NEED SUPPORT. Enjoy this model and stay healthy!
