Tacoma Bed Divider

This divider keeps groceries and other items close to the cab, preventing them from spilling over onto the bed. It's fully adjustable, sliding up and down the Tacoma bed rail with ease. The design is completely customizable, so don't be afraid to let your imagination run wild. I purchased all the necessary PVC supplies from Home Depot. To get started, you'll need: 4 - 3/8 x 3" U-bolts 4 - 3/8 nylon lock nuts 4 - 3/8 nuts 4 - 5/16 x 1" bolts 6 - 5/16 nuts A box of 8 x 1/2" screws (I used hex washer head screws because I had them on hand.) 2 - 10FT - 2 1/4 PVC pipes (Check the measurements in one of the images for more information.) 6 - 2 1/4 PVC T-connectors 4 - 2 1/4 PVC elbows PVC glue (optional) You'll also need to print out the following parts: 2 - Rail mount components (I printed them at 15% fill.) 2 - PVC external components with stabilizers (I printed them at 15% fill because they take a long time to print.) 2 - Adjustment components (I printed them at 15% fill.) 4 - Rail stabilizer components (I printed them at 60% fill, but be aware that they may experience some stress when keeping the divider from swinging.) 2 - PVC internal components (I printed them at 15% fill.) 4 - Nut wrench components (I printed them at 15% fill.) 1 - Guide component (optional, this is a quick print to help you mark your pipes before drilling holes.) 1 or 2 - Foot components (optional, I decided not to include them.)
