Tacoma 7.5" front axle seal drivers (1st gen tacoma front differential)

This is a front oil axle seal driver designed specifically for a 1st generation Tacoma, with potential compatibility also extending to the 3rd gen 4 runners. The part number for this design is 90311-47027. Crafted based on the dimensions of the driver side oil seal for the 7.5" differential, it serves as an alternative solution for those in need. However, please note that this design does not apply to the passenger side oil seal. A separate tool for the passenger side oil seal is currently under development and will be made available soon. The seal driver boasts an inner diameter of 60 mm and an outer diameter of 68mm. The lip of the seal is approximately 7mm tall, prompting the creation of a recess of 15mm in the design. Overall, the driver's height measures 30mm. On one end, a cutout has been carefully crafted to accommodate a 1/4" extension, as seen in the file TacoFrontAxleSealDriver30mm.stl. An alternative option featuring a 1/2" extension is also available, found in TacoFrontDriversideAxleSealDriver30mm0.5.stl. The design draws inspiration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2207359, with the aim of producing an effective tool for oil seal installation. Following successful testing on 5/27/2020, this seal driver has proven to be a reliable and efficient solution. Notably, it can also function as a rear differential oil seal for Toyota 8" differentials due to its matching outer diameter. In addition to the front axle seal driver, an accompanying tool for the passenger side of the differential is now available in TacoFrontPassengerAxleSealDriver0.5.stl. The passenger side oil seal features an outer diameter of 78mm for reference purposes.
