A few years back, renowned modeler Zbig created an outstanding tool for RC enthusiasts - a tachometer. This instrument measures the rotational speed of a shaft or disk, just like in a motor or other machine. You can find all the details about the project on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tachometer. To learn more about the project, visit http://elfly.pl/tachometr/tacho_eng.htm for the English version or http://elfly.pl/tachometr/tacho.htm for the Polish version. Zbig is the author and can be reached at www@elfly.pl. I decided to build a casing for it because I'm currently testing new software called DesignSpark Mechanical. There's plenty of space inside the box if you want to use Lipo batteries - it's no problem to fit them in. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Geeetech G2s pro Rafts: No rafts used Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Density: 40%
