I've made significant changes to the Inner and Outer Inner Blade mechanism to ensure a secure hold on the blade. The updated design features tabs that firmly lock the blade in place, along with pins to minimize slippage. The Tac Blade Utility Stanley Blade Folding Knife was an excellent initial design. However, variations in print orientation, infill percentage, and material differences can compromise its performance. I've revised this design three times, as I still appreciate the feel of the original by TacBlades. With these updates, there are now more interlocking parts to create a safer and more stable experience for me.
