This is my patented folding knife design for disposable Stanley style blades. It's a revolutionary hybrid between a friction folder and a flipper, specifically tailored for the UK market with no lock, yet remains incredibly stable in both open and closed positions. The 3D printable model features 100% printability, optimized at a bolt thickness of 0.12mm layer height and all other parts at 0.2mm layer height. I've designed it to be extremely easy to print, requiring no support structures, rafts, or brims. This lightweight yet rugged design ensures optimal performance.
