People just can't seem to stop spinning this thing, despite its complete uselessness. It's like a hand spinner that serves no purpose whatsoever. However, I'm convinced it could be adapted into something else. I printed the flywheel on my Prusa MK3. Unfortunately, the stand didn't fare as well when printed on my MK2 MMU using my worst performing filament, which is why it doesn't look its best. The flywheel and its accompanying stand measure 150 mm or approximately six inches in diameter. One of the flywheels I created has un-threaded holes. However, since I tapped them manually, they're usable nonetheless. In hindsight, I realized that I needed to enable "modeled" threads in Fusion 360, which is why I included one with threaded holes as well. Standard 608 bearings are used here, but the seals were removed and washed out to make way for something else. The flywheel and its stand were printed with support, while the shaft had a brim around it. Two washers were also added to the mix. Bolts measuring three-eighths of an inch in diameter were included primarily for weight purposes. They can be screwed in or out to alter the balance accordingly.
