Tabletop Miniature Paint Handle V2

Tabletop Miniature Paint Handle V2

thingiverse

This is an updated version of the previous miniature paint handle found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4235396. In comparison, this iteration provides a more comfortable and natural grip in the hand. The sliding clamp pieces now extend over the opposite side, enabling you to easily squeeze them open with your fingers. I have also added tabs on top of the sliding pieces to securely hold the mini in place while painting. This miniature paint handle prints in 3 separate parts. To assemble it correctly, you will need to print the slide file twice. It is recommended that each part be printed vertically, with the round cut out facing upwards. After printing, a rubber band and a mini will be all that's needed to start painting. Upon initial assembly, I found that the clamp pieces can be quite tight but after being pushed in and slid back and forth several times they loosen up and move smoothly. I designed this miniature paint handle using Shapr3D software. If you decide to print one, please share a picture of your finished project with me.
