You can create a Simple Initiative Tracker by attaching small portraits to it, allowing players to see the turn order clearly on the DM screen. To fit your picture perfectly inside the tracker, use an Oval that measures 25mm x 39mm. I made my oval in PowerPoint and lined up my preferred photo before printing and cutting it out. Don't forget to print two pictures! When printing the tracker, place it on its long edge as shown in the image, not just the preview. Printing six at a time worked for me.
