tabletop boowling laser cut game
thingiverse
I created a tabletop bowling game using a Fablab's resources like a 3D printer and a laser cutter. To build this game, I downloaded pin designs from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:385221 and ball designs from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2077303. Then, I scaled down these designs for the best results. Here are my design specifications: Pins -> 50 mm height Ball -> 35 mm diameter Next, I laser cut 3mm plywood onto the Trotex Speedy 100 laser cutter to create the game's base. When printing the pins, make sure filling is set to 100% for stability. However, when printing the ball, use the lightest possible settings so the game remains challenging. A cork babyfoot (also known as foosball) ball makes the best bowling ball due to its size and weight.
