Tablet Stand / Tripod (works with Samsung Tab A 8.0 2017)

I am designing a tripod holder and stand for my son's Samsung Tab A 8.0 (2017) tablet, utilizing standard #2 pencils as legs that are cut to the same length. This setup fits snugly around his rubber/plastic case, which is available on Amazon at http://amzn.to/2D0JJ6o. The press fit of the dovetail joint currently holds it in place securely. I drew inspiration from lynce9956's Tablet Tripod Mount design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:962186). My son liked his idea but wanted some modifications, so we started from scratch and created our own design. If you print your holder at a higher resolution than my 0.32 mm layer height, the dovetail joint might fit loosely. I recommend adding an elastic band in that area to create tension, similar to what lynce9956 did with two eye screws and a rubber band (https://cdn.thingiverse.com/renders/e4/ca/01/71/b8/20150809_175947_preview_featured.jpg).
