This multi-device charger is built around a standard USB charger, capable of powering up to five devices simultaneously. One USB port features Qualcomm fast-charge technology. I've included STEP and 3FD files for users who want to customize the design to suit their needs. The box's design is straightforward, allowing it to be easily adapted for use with other USB chargers. The watch mount isn't necessary if you don't own a smartwatch. I've used an Aukey 5x charger, which is widely available online at Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-54W-Universal-Port-Charger/dp/B00UV4HCL0). Five short USB micro cables (each about 10 to 20 cm long) are included. Due to the limited space inside the box, longer cables won't fit. ABS might be more challenging due to warping and the long print time. This design aims to minimize overhanging parts, resulting in minimal support material being needed. The power-cable opening and watch mount clamps are the only areas with some overhang. Assembly: No real assembly is required, as all parts slide together easily. No screws or other fasteners are necessary. Simply place the USB power supply inside the box and connect the cables. Design Process: I combined various design ideas available in stores to create a solution that meets my personal needs. The watch connector, SD card storage, and fast charge capabilities were key features for me. The design can be adapted according to the used power supplies or personal preferences. It's also possible to use this charger solely for phones and tablets by omitting the watch mount. I've included a standard watch mount and a Garmin Fenix3-specific mount with a cutout for the charging connector. If anyone has an Apple or Android watch, please send me pictures and measurements so I can create custom versions with charging connector cutouts.
