This is a Tablet Holder designed for use with bicycle trainers, specifically focusing on Ease of Mounting as the primary objective. A limited number of O-rings or thick rubber bands are required for attachment to handlebars. However, variations in handlebar and stem design may result in incompatibility with this setup. A power connection point is available at the bottom middle of the Pad Holder Base, providing users with ample space for their needs. Two 220 size rings per side were utilized to secure the holder to the handlebar, taking into account the varied sizes that may be required based on handlebar and stem dimensions. There are three designated areas for O-ring placement: two on the handlebar and one on the stem. In my specific case, I only needed two O-rings for the handlebar, whereas a single O-ring on the stem was sufficient. Additional hardware requirements include Qty 4 thumb screws (1/4"-20 x 1"L) from McMaster Carr P/N 91185A925 and 4 nuts. As an optional feature, Foam Tape from McMaster Carr P/N 8694K92 was employed to create a soft surface for the tablet within the rectangular grooves of the base part. These foam tapes measure 1/8" in thickness and 1 1/2" in width. To bring this design to life, it's essential to print Qty 2 of Pad Holder Arm, along with a single copy of the remaining parts. Here are the recommended print settings: - Rafts: Don't worry about it. - Supports: Yes - Resolution: 0.2mm per layer - Infill: Between 40% and 60%
