Tablet Holder Flex Arm Improved Hook-mounted-method

Edit 10-jan-2018: added bottom hook. So, I purchased one of these tablet holders at Action for less than 4EUR. It was labeled as a Maxxter (http://www.maxxter.biz/item.aspx?id=9594), but I suspect it's simply a rebranded Chinese product (https://goo.gl/xgm1Xj). The 'vise' completely broke off after about 60 seconds. In any case, the attachment method of these devices is mechanically flawed, and the flexible pipe is far too long, causing it to wobble wildly. It's definitely not designed for a tablet. However, I was willing to overlook this. I needed a short flexible pipe with a secure way to attach it to the bed, so... this works out perfectly.
