<p>This is a tablet holder for pipes/tubes with an outer diameter of 32 mm. The screen size of my tablet is 7", so I'd say that's the maximum tablet size for this holder.</p> <p>To assemble this, you need four M3 nuts and four M3 x 12mm bolts (I used button head hex bolts for this). The connection between the tablet holder "arm" and the actual tablet holder is a friction fit.
