Tablet and Phone Rotatable Desktop Stand

This is a desktop stand capable of holding both tablets and phones. Both devices can rotate 360 degrees, stopping at exact 90 degree intervals without any interference between them. This device will hold an iPad perfectly, resting snugly on the desk below. However, it's possible that an iPad Pro may need to be slightly lifted to ensure proper rotation. This new desktop stand is another part of my ongoing series focusing on modular device holders. To print out this holder and its components, a larger than usual printer will likely be necessary, especially when it comes to the tablet holder. Nevertheless, no special pieces are required beyond some optional screws for assembly. Putting all these parts together should be relatively straightforward. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 4 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 mm Infill: any Notes: Prints perfectly with PLA material, though other materials will also work well. The only part where material selection really matters is the spindle; we suggest using ABS or PETG for optimal results. Assembly: Assembly is quite straightforward once you've printed out all your parts. Make sure the spindle is fully engaged to ensure proper functionality at 90 degree intervals. Sometimes, spindles can break if not assembled correctly, but this isn't always an issue. You might be able to disassemble it with a bit of force using the release hole provided, though you might end up breaking something along the way. One benefit to keep in mind is that spindles are fully printable parts - you simply print another one when needed!
