This is a table saw vacuum adapter for Ridgid 2.5 vacuum hoses. It's designed to be installed in a 5.5"x5.5" hole in 23/32" thick plywood beneath the (open bottom) tablesaw, e.g. Craftsman 113 tablesaws. Not useful for closed bottom table saws. Print with high enough temperature to ensure good layer adhesion, then epoxy the pieces together. You will likely need supports in one of the parts. Note: all of the parts need to be reoriented before printing. Sorry, forgot to do that.
