This is a custom condition marker designed to be used in conjunction with my Table Top Initiative Marker. The base of this marker is identical to the initiative marker, allowing for consistent branding and visual cohesion on your DM screen. I attach the post to the base using glue, and it's optimized for 9 beads, though you can push it up to 10 if needed. To accommodate different player counts or longer game sessions, simply stretch the post along the Z-axis. The same base used for this condition marker enables you to record detailed notes about each character's status, adding a personalized touch to your gameplay experience. You can also use colored printing to differentiate between various conditions or apply paint to further customize it. To make tracking of certain conditions easier, consider marking specific counts on the post, such as 5, 10, or 50, allowing for greater flexibility in managing game progression. I personally use Hammerdog Games' The Worlds Greatest Screen Mini Screen for my DM sessions, which is why I designed this condition marker to complement it seamlessly.
