We hosted a summer two-team table tennis tournament at my company recently, but didn't present any winner's medals. Once again, the versatility of Desktop 3D printing proved invaluable. A rapid model download and tweak from Thingiverse allowed us to produce 12 winners' medals in just an overnight 3D print and a few hours to create and laser print some labels - unfortunately, I wasn't among the recipients.
