This is a remix of the Table Tennis / Ping Pong Ball Sucker-Upper by rsilvers. It's a great idea and the original design is quite good, but I did experience two small issues: the designed size didn't fit very well on the pipe I had (weird pipe tolerances maybe?), and when I did scale it to fit, I found that the elastic cord would get stuck between the ball and the pipe. The result was that the ball was jammed in place. I fixed both issues by making a new model from scratch (easier than trying to modify the existing file), but used this design as a template. The biggest single change is that there is more of a lip inside, which serves to keep a gap between the edges of the picker and the pipe where the cord can fit into. This stops the cord from getting jammed between the ball and pipe (not sure I'm explaining it well; have a look at my 'remix' and look at the bottom edge inside the picker). My printed version fits very securely on the 2" pipe without the need for any glue etc. If needed, adjust your 'hole horizontal expansion" in Cura (may be named differently in other slicers) so that it's snug but not overly tight. Or simply use glue (even hot glue or superglue should work fine) to hold it in place.
