Had some flex problems with Tiger_Dusty with 3 bearings and thicker wood.I update to have support at top and bottom, with the flexability to only put one, 2 or 3 bearings attached. In the pictures, I was cutting 1.5", so i had them on the top and bottom. There is enough room between for a third bearing with washers on both sides of it. Bearings attach with M5. Attach the top and bottom slide with M3. I had to use a M4 then a M3 washer under the screw head to attach them. I also changed the bearing hole location so I could use the POM wheels i had laying around. They do not dent the soft wood as easily.Made the base taller to fit the POM wheel and M5 screw head.I just used a spacer bar and wing nut with lock washer to hold the pieces together. It was what i had in the garage. All holes and slide have a positive fit, so sanding will be necessary. I would rather have a tight fit.I printed with .8 mm nozzle to print faster.
