Table Saw Sled bit

Using power tools requires sound judgment. This bolt secures the sled firmly to my 3/4 inch table saw. It was precision-fit for a tight hold on my Delta model. To ensure smooth operation, I fine-sanded it myself. The resulting jig maintains its straight edge and remains true thanks to this bolt's construction with reinforced fill material, thereby bolstering its strength. This device functions primarily as a guiding mechanism, relying only lightly on the screw and nut system for stability.
