Runners for Table Saw Sled - BERNARDO SAW - TK 250 PRO To avoid any inconvenient resulting by using wood runners... 3d printed parts look like a great replacement! Ensure that you are using the proper runner size - use the runner gauge set for the best fit - from 14.80mm to 15.15mm If you have a saw what use imperial measurement for the runners... have a look at this design: IMPERIAL RUNNERS 0.725 & 0.75 IN (18.415 & 19.05 mm) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4764426 For my table saw, I use two dimensions, and for the mobile table a different one; and it was good to be able to chose the exact dimension for a perfect fit! I use ASA filament at 100% infill. Nozzle 0.4.; 0.2 Corse; N255; B100; Enclose printing space. After the print is complete, let the parts cool off, before removing from the print plate! Physicals dimensions of the final part, may differ than the design dimensions. Does not matter! As long the final part fit perfectly... you are set. Scrape using a blade and sand away any print imperfections before the final check fit of the part, and then decide if is a good fit or not! Use same printer, same filament and similar settings - used to print the gauges... to print the final part! To secure those runners, use 3.0mm countersink screw. Do not use extreme force, when screwing the runners... it will alter the runner shape! All gauges have 5.50mm thickness All runners have 5.70mm thickness. All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore ... all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
