TABLE SAW PUSHER 2

UPDATE 6th Sept 2019 - For those printing separate tracks from legs, new sets of tracks are now available with offset inside at 0.2mm and end at 0.1mm. For those using Elastic Filament, be aware that TPU filament is hydrophilic and the quality may vary after 10 hours of printing, especially in humid environments. To mitigate this, consider using a Filament Enclosure like mine: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3172206/files For those struggling with TPU, refer to my print settings in CURA for guidance. Print on glass with a PVA solution (white glue) for optimal results. I've achieved great prints using generic filament! Before printing, dry the filament at 70 Celsius degrees for two hours. See how it turns out by checking a similar part printed on TPU: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3812899 Dual-mode printing is currently uncharted territory for me. If anyone needs parts for dual print heads, let me know what settings to use for two parts printed together. For those unable to print with rubber/elastic filament, an alternative track version using 0.8-1.2mm rubber sheets and secured with pins (3.0 and 3.2) is available. A FLAT version of the tracks can be printed if you prefer gluing them in place. The following bolts and nuts are used for this application: M8 X 25mm and M6 X 30mm. Disclaimer: Print and use this part at your own risk! Always follow safety procedures for your table saw. Design to print with support! by COSTA
