Table Saw Mitre Slot Runner
thingiverse
A table saw track I created to make a crosscut sled on a saw not originally designed for one! It SHOULD fit a standard miter slot, but was built specifically for a mid-80s Tradesmen saw I inherited from my grandfather. Printer Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Notes: Possible tight fit. Purposefully so, but may require tweaking for your model. Post-Printing Lay the tracks in the slots, superglue to MDF, drill pilots and screw into place. Even 1" screws were a little too long for me, so I had to grind off the tips that had poked through. I used beeswax and a heat gun to grease these runners, and they work well! How I Designed This Designed in 123Design
