Miter Slot T-Nut for Table Saw or Other Tool with Similar Slots These parts are likely to fail if you tighten them too much. However, they should stay in place with minimal torque on the bolt or nut. They were printed with really thick walls and a top and bottom that are robust - see printer settings below. Designed for: 1/4" x 20 Hex Nut or Bolt 3/4" Miter Slot with wider bottom groove Dimensions of Miter Slot on My Table Saw (Rigid TS3650): Overall Height: .42" Upper Slot Width: .759" Lower Slot Width: .95" Lower Slot Height: .157" The top of the T-Nut sits just shy from the top of the table for clamping or tightening. The T-Nut has very little slop or play but moves freely in slot. A hex nut or bolt fits very snugly... no glue is needed. Print Settings Printer: TronXY P802E (modified) Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Medium Infill: 50% Notes: Print with the hex side down... I used supports inside the hex area to avoid sagging. Infill is 50% squares with 2 lines 6 top and bottom layers 6 perimeters Glass Heated Bed / Hairspray (I still can't believe how great that works!) Printed in PLA (all I have at the moment)
