Table Saw Jig
cults3d
This is my first attempt at a modular design. I'm working to try to cut down on the print time, but so far it works pretty good. The STL's included are as follows: Jig- Main jig with cutout for saw. Includes one with the clamp body attached and one with it seperate. The attached jig takes 12h 42m with 275g. The seperate jig takes 12h 20m with 268g including both clamp body attachments. Side- The pieces including the fence to lengthen the jig. Takes 7h 28m with 164g Side extender- connects to the side pieces to make the jig wider. Takes 4h 43m with 94g Jig widener- connects to the main jig to make it wider while still accommodating the saw blade slot. Takes 3h 33m with 71g. Screw and Head- the actual clamping piece of the clamp. Takes 1h 42m with 29g Connector- combined with nut and bolt (bought, not created), links the fences together. Takes 9m with 3g Miter- attatches underneath the jig and sits in the miter slot of the table saw. I recommend attaching with glue, but the fit should (emphasis on should) be snug enough that you can use it without glue. Takes 46m with 16g.
