Table saw handwheel

I own a Delta 36-650 Contractor table saw and the adjustment handwheel (part number 902900) has snapped. Instead of ordering a replacement, why not just print one! Print one copy of the wheel and one handle, then use a #8 screw to attach the handle to the wheel, leaving it loose enough that it'll spin as you crank. It mounts to the saw using the original center locking nut. If you're unsure if it will fit, print the "Post Test"... The post test has the hole for the main mounting shaft and the shoulders so you can make sure it fits properly before printing the whole wheel. The offset hole should be a clearance hole for a #8 screw. Printing notes: I printed my replacements with 20% infill, three perimeters, and 0.25 mm layers. You'll probably want support to print the wheel due to the slope of the spokes. I couldn't get Slic3r to generate support under the slopes, so I ended up using Cura, which had no trouble.
