Table Saw Fence Rail Replacement Handle

This handle can be utilized for numerous applications but was specifically designed for a Sears/Craftsman Table Saw Model Series 113.xxxx Fence Rail to tighten the rail down. Once assembled, there should be a noticeable gap at the seam. I intentionally made the tip end nut pocket slightly shallow to ensure the nut wouldn't have room to move and wear out the plastic once the handle pieces were glued together tightly. Recommended settings: * Layer: .2-.25 * Walls: 3-4 (I used 5, which was an overkill) * Fill: 35-50% (50% felt slightly excessive but produced a strong result) Both parts printed simultaneously without any issues. Disassemble the model in your Host/Slicer to proceed. The remaining settings depend on your filament type. My baseline: * Mat Type: PLA 1.75 * Machine: Delta (FT) * Print time: 2hr 40mins * Layers: .2 * Top/Bottom/Side Layers: 5 * Raft: Yes * Infill: 50% (Fast Honeycomb pattern) * Support: I recommend not printing the butt of the handle downwards, as it will save you from using supports. However, if this is your preference, print it with supports and face the handle towards the table with the butt end upwards. This will ensure that where all the torquing occurs at the end is supported by a strong tight bond. Other thoughts: * I used some Gel "Loctite" Super Glue, which would require destruction to break apart. * I plan to create the Tilt Lock handle soon, as it's prone to breaking on model table saws. * I wish I had keyed the two pieces before super gluing them together, but now they're securely attached and won't spin or slip due to the twisting action.
