Table Saw Crown Guard with 63mm dust extraction
thingiverse
Crown guard designed specifically for my Startrite 175 table saw with a 10-inch blade.\r\n\r\nIt may also work on other saws, but you will likely need to create a custom riving knife or adjust the design to ensure that the two horizontal rods align perfectly with any riving knife cutouts.\r\n\r\nThe full STL file is included, and I have also split the design for several reasons:\r\n\r\n- The front section is connected to the main body by a dovetail due to my printer bed's size limitations.\r\n- To allow for higher infill around the clamping hole, I sectioned the back end of the model so that I could apply different printing processes.\r\n\r\nBe aware that if you are printing in ABS as I do, then you will need a brim or helper discs on the end of the main body where the dovetail is - this long, tall, narrow piece of ABS is prone to lifting and warping.
